Electronic material is provided between the onsite meetings keeping the participants engaged in their retirement program. Our communication and education program are customizable to fit each client’s needs and system capabilities. Additionally, we provide educational and informational updates via the social media channels. We post and host educational materials on a weekly basis. Yes, we can provide advice. Our team is affiliated with LPL Financial, which supports the delivery of advice to participants. This is achieved through our website, calling our office, onsite meetings, and printed materials.
The Participant Consulting Advice Program (PCAP) is designed to provide clients with advice at the individual participant level where advisors deliver one-on-one advice and investment support for qualified plan participants through the LPL Financial Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Leveraging our Participant Consulting Advice Program (PCAP) we have the capability to provide individual advice to your participants through every stage of their employment life cycle, from the time they join your firm through either retirement or separation. PCAP allows us to meet with each individual at your firm and provide them advice on their 401(k) plan assets that is unique to their specific situation. As the advisor we will help the employee accurately consider outside investments earmarked for retirement, determine their risk profile and a variety of data points relating to the goals of the employee. It is up to the participant to decide whether to implement the recommendations.
Brahm will be either a co-fiduciary or a fiduciary on the plan. He is qualified to function as a 3(38) fiduciary or a 3(21) co-fiduciary.
