Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- All applicants must have solid written and verbal communication skills, be upbeat, attentive, precise, level headed, trustworthy and outgoing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate between multiple software
- Professional, mature and responsible
- Candidates must have the ability to operate with moderate supervision, self-disciplined and be detail oriented as well as accurately complete all tasks
Responsibilities
- The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customer service calls and visitors
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, energetic, helpful attitude
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned/ needed
- Keeping the office clean and stocked at all times

Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM
